At NovaMart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

• Electronics: return within 3 days if unused, in original packaging.

• Spices & food products: non-returnable once opened (due to hygiene).

• Household items: return within 3 days if unused and in sellable condition.

Refunds

• Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was faulty/damaged.

• Use may bear shipping cost at the time of refund/return

Exchanges

• Allowed only if product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
